This recognition celebrates a chapter that has gone above and beyond in supporting condominium communities through education, advocacy, and meaningful action.

CCI South Saskatchewan has shown what strong chapter leadership looks like. From providing education and resources to advocating on issues that directly impact condo owners, boards, and managers, their work continues to make a real difference.

One key example is their advocacy around waste collection and food waste requirements for condominium communities in Regina. As condo communities faced rising costs and service challenges, CCI South Saskatchewan helped bring attention to the issue, encouraged discussion, and worked toward practical solutions for multi-family properties.
