Food Waste Delegation at City Hall May 1,2024 9AM

This  confirms your request to appear as an in-person delegation regarding the above report at the Wednesday, May 1, 2024 Executive Committee meeting. 

The meeting starts at 9:00 a.m. in Henry Baker Hall. The hall is through the bronze doors on the right side as you enter City Hall. Please inform the Commissionaire stationed at the door that you are attending as a delegation. 

Once you enter Henry Baker Hall, take a seat in the gallery. When it is your time to speak, you will be called to the Delegations’ podium to speak to Committee. Jeff will be presenting with Mike Mattern.

Meeting Guidelines

These guidelines must be followed for attending the meeting.

Your presentation and any responses to questions must be respectful and adhere to City Council's Procedure Bylaw, Bylaw No. 9004 which also provides information on proper decorum and the order of proceedings for delegations. You must follow any requests made by the Chairperson or you may be asked to leave or be removed from Henry Baker Hall.
