Info and Guidelines for interested vendor:
We send out our Member-to-Member (M2M) newsletter on the first of every month, providing a fantastic opportunity for Business Partners and Professionals to promote their services—at no cost. The only requirement is that the ad includes a special offer exclusive to fellow CCI members.
The newsletter reaches approximately 4,000 recipients, including condo owners, board members, management companies, and other businesses. Additionally, all promotions are featured on our website for the entire month.
Advertising Guidelines
- File Format: JPEG or PNG
- Orientation: Portrait (preferred)
- Size: Approximately 8" x 10" (minimum width: 1,800 px for high quality)
- Deadline: Artwork must be submitted at least one week before the beginning of the month
- Scheduling: You can send your artwork in advance and specify which month you'd like your ad featured.
