That’s why it’s essential to understand them before making any decisions. 103 - Budget, Audit and Financial Statement Fundamentals is one of the eight courses offered in the Condominium Director Certificate Program. This course will introduce you to everything you need to know about condominium finances and how they impact your condominium.
By the end of the course, you will be able to understand the basics about condominium finances and how they work. how to control expenditures, safeguarding assets, maintaining reliable records, and providing meaningful financial statements to owners.
The course will take place on November 4th, 2026 from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm , Via Zoom.
