In this presentation, Robin will provide a brief overview of the legislation governing human rights in Saskatchewan: The Saskatchewan Human Rights Code, 2018. He will discuss best practices for handling accommodation requests and offer insights into the types of condominium-related inquiries and complaints received by the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission, including Support Animal accommodation requests.
