Rayner Agencies Ltd. is a general insurance brokerage which has been owned and operated by the Wasylenko family since 1971. Originally established by Lorne and Ruth Rayner in 1948, the business was started in the Sutherland area of Saskatoon and has continued to serve clients throughout Saskatchewan for over 75 years.

Rayner Agencies Ltd. is a full service insurance brokerage representing a large number of insurance companies and offers a wide range of insurance policies for homes, automobiles, businesses, and agricultural risks.

Welldone Mechanical Services is a locally owned company started in 1965 in Regina and established a presence in Saskatoon in 1998. In 1995, Welldone partnered with the Linc Service franchise which was a revolutionary philosophy that completely changed the way we do business. At that point, we left the construction industry and dedicated our services to the specialization of HVAC preventative maintenance, which allowed us to better align ourselves with the goals and needs of the clients and organizations we serve – a true partnership. 

Originally serving the residential market, Welldone Mechanical Services expanded into commercial and light industrial services. The Regina branch maintains a residential arm, while Saskatoon is strictly commercial and light industrial. However, Welldone Mechanical Services remains consistent in our motto of, “If it’s not done well, it’s not Welldone.” regardless of whether residential, commercial, or light industrial.

The founder, Clark Bezo, is a registered professional engineer and has over 20 years of heavy industrial experience ranging from project management, maintenance specialist, and corporate business leadership.
